You got to have a lot of patience with these small caps if you want to profit handsomely. I have been down 10%-15% in some of them before they rallied very strongly. Better yet, I was up 10%-15% and did nothing while they were declining and was down 10-15% before they surged 65%-75%. That's how small caps behave and I am not into playing the short term bimbo trading game with them. If you understand the fundamentals that will drive prices higher, you don't get squeezed out on tiny profits or big swings that go against you. Markets are long term rational, but short term irrational. I have repeatedly said on this thread that the irrational must be understood to profit handsomely and live a tranquil life. Behavior is the number one enemy of investors and swing traders.Technicals cannot control one's erratic behavior, but understanding fundamentals can.

I have seen so many people on these threads get whipsawed out of a stock after a brief 3%-10% move down only to see it double afterwards That's gambling and not even swing trading. The big money is made in the holding once you acquire the fundamental insight. Knowledge is power, but wisdom and understanding thyself is what brings about huge profits.
