How many times has that happened, and out of that, how many times has it resulted in an act of terrorism?

Maybe 0.001% of the time?

Time to punish the other 99.999% of immigrants who follow the rules because one asshole commits an act of terrorism. Right?

The old "toss out the entire bag of M&Ms because one of them is bad" policy. Also known as xenophobia, or the Buchanan doctrine.
