Here is an expert opinion: under Florida law they have 30 days after the eviction to cure. If they can arrange
for money, it is in the best interest to keep them in the building. The landlord can keep or hold the assets unless
there is a filed UCC security interest and then there is
a fight.

The building measures,so I understand, 40,000 sq.ft. divided into 30% office , 20% production and 50%
warehouse space. There seems to be a tremendous amount of physical inventory,mostly outdated scanner parts.Just
moving this would take time. Also the landlord would
have to put the place back in good order before new tenants
could come in.

Gene, have you heard anything about these investors?
