OK, it's in dollars. But ROK, Inc. files for bankruptcy protection. - Now that doesn't mean that they go out of business. They aren't even bad people. They just don't have to pay the bill, or they can restructure the deal to recognize the currency devaluation.

If ACRT has insurance against this, does this mean that they only do deals worth less than $3 million? Since the currencies in Asia are crumping like bad souffle, how many deals do they have in Asia?

So actually it turns out that MRS had not shipped their machine. Does ACRT say,"don't ship, until this is straightened out?" Or does MRS ship it anyway, and collect on the TAD?
