As I and others here have posted, it's not just Medicaid and Medicare. The R's will not renew the additional premium support for Obamacare, so for many that may put the insurance out of reach.
The ACA was never fiscally stable and never going to be. That was apparent from the outside, but it became untenable as a long-term program when they took over Medicaid, in a pathetic last-ditch effort to get the US to fully socialized. By any reasonable definition, a fiscal train wreck of the highest order.

These things just never work.
