Yes, Obama totally fucked it up 15 years ago by attacking the healthcare problem in a totally partisan way rather than trying to come to terms on a workable system.

It is okay. It will be forced into redesign soon and then it might be improved. Or maybe not.

It needs to be gutted and rebuild from the ground up to eliminate massive waste fraud and abuse. You can’t get at it any other way.
