It's not that. I've tried "hide ignore" on the header page, and it doesn't make a difference.

Forget the header page. Go to the top of this individual page and you'll either see "ignore is on" or "ignore is off". Click on it to switch it back and forth. I'm using Windows and Firefox and it works for me..
