as i explained a bit ago

this is already a way of life for anyone investing, say, in south african gold miners, canadian gold miners and etc. there's a tax, just like 899.

this is not new per se.

but the rate of tax under 899 would make one think fucking twice about touching usa equities.

period.

that's the difference.

if the home country will credit the total tax against taxes owed in their home countries, doesn't matter.

but if not.............fucking matters a lot.

usa taxpayers get a not dollar for dollar credit for foreign taxes paid. not perfect but.. not investment gate, i.e. no, don't go there.

anyway, the headline part of this, is gonna shake up everybody.

as to being clever.... the fat pig and his minions are beyond stupid. pure and simple.

3.5 more years babe.

hot town, summer in the city aint gonna be very pretty.
