Sack of Rome 2.0 goes nationwide on the the 14th. First the great LA fire drove home insur rates beyond what owner could afford = no rebuilding. Just a wasteland. Now plundering & pillaging businesses will drive those insurance premiums too hi to rebuild = city center wasteland.
