If Trump has Newsom arrested, Trumps numbers go way up.
Trump's numbers are already as high as they can be.

If you think Trump's approval rating can climb well above 50%, you're nuts.

The question now is whether Newsom and other Democrats can climb out of the 20% range.

Getting arrested would turn Newsom into a political symbol of resistance. All he has to do is grow a spine.
