Steve: I have no business on the net this afternoon, way too much to do, but let's face it, this can be addictive and it's good discipline to try to get on and off in 15 minutes. Well, first off, I forgot to write down Ward's location, but I will do that later today, after some serious work.
I plan to move up to Canada next summer and will likely be there for the next five years or so. However, this is not why I like the C$. That is a reasoning unto it's own. I never really liked the technical aspects of trading because so often they just didn't seem to make sense...ie, fly in the face of logic. Then I read Gallacher's book, Winner Take All, and became even more skeptical. If you haven't read it you should, it is most entertaining and most informative.
