From Briefing.com: 11:00 -- 12:00 (Updated throughout the hour)****** MRV Communications (MRVC) 25 1/2 -3 7/16: --UPDATE-- shares of networking switching products company trade lower after the company experienced a sharp build-up in inventory during the 4th qtr. Also, shares likely being pressured by expected announcement from Intel of a series of computer-networking devices. Last night the company reported that it earned $0.25 a share in the 4Q, a penny ahead of the First Call estimate..... Interesting, isn't it, that this paragraph cites pressure from Intel building up in the networking arena? Shouldn't this actually work in MRV's favor? Is the Street blind to this, or are we missing something?
