Stocks go up and down. It is up to you to figure out if the downtrend is corrective or impulsive. If corrective, you hold and buy more on the initial rebound, as I did this morning with MO. The same reasoning applies to uptrends. Is the uptrend impulsive or corrective. If corrective, short it as soon as it tops and begins to fall again. That's what I do. Am I successful? Yes, more often than not.
