I had to take a drive down to Ukiah from Eureka yesterday for a PET scan, which will tell the experts if the cancer in my prostate has spread to any other tissues. The bright spot in that journey was meeting our good friend Wharf Rat over dinner! Lots of intelligence shining out of those eyes of his. A pleasant meeting over mostly grim topics, and it was a pleasant drive back north through gorgeous pines and Redwoods and rolling hills where I live. Nice to finally meet you Mike!
