Like the guy said--it always prudent to have contingency plans in place for all military matters. Especially important if you happen to have the dominant military on the planet. I am glad the US military has such plans in place for any and all possibilities. Why is that so hard for the bonehead Congress goons to understand and accept? I guess it just didn't fit their bigoted, biased, agenda.
