This Company is pure HYPE. Look at any one of multitude of sister companies. PTSC, ATCO, NORRF among others. Each one claims its own yet totally different inventions. Maybe thats not all that is amazing but factor in that the same people make up the staff and management of each company. Those are "super-people" capable of inventing "better" mouse-traps "oh-boy, I'm excited." Look at PTSC new product a shit-load of hype and if you invested at the high of the HYPE (late February), you will have lost your ass. Put a dime in ATCO and you'll be lucky to get your first fifty cents back. At PTSC they were flaunting patents that were not in their name. They were registered to a gentleman that passed-away a couple of years ago.
If you do the research, I think you will find, Mr. Norris generates a significant level of cash, when he excercises his options, and cashes out of some of his positions during periods of "hype" over his companies "products" that aren't like to see any broad based distribution. What a way to put money in the bank.
Lets' make it clear I am not saying that Norris manipulates the markets by always having one these publicly traded companies in lime light while the other shareholders are licking their wounds. These companies are not independent, you should look at how the stock prices move collectively, and albeit in such a cyclical manner.
I think Norris will have a tougher time raising cash if Prop 211 passes. If you really want to waste your time on this one do your research you'll save a couple bucks.
If you disagree with me on this one, just put your money in ATCO, Norris will be glad you did.
When PTSC was at its heyday in late February, I raised the question whether PTSC would ever get the "big" patent registered in its name. After all they claimed it as their patent but had never transferred it. The transfer has to be in writing as it is a patent; and in order to claim the rights it brings to the registered holder it must be registered in that holders name. They said they were going to transfer it, I wonder if they ever did. After all the transferor/registered holder is deceased.
Some folk claim Norris to be some big inventor I think they claimed 17+ patents. I checked back then he held I think 2. Is this HYPE or what.
Look at NORRF, PTSC for similar examples.
As for The Analyst from M. Lynch; more bullshit. These types of comments were regular during the "HYPE" of PTSC in February.
Not that it is terribly relevent, but I made a killing on PTSC, why because I got in at the start of the HYPE, and had the sense to get out after I did my research and found it too good to be true; along with the rise and fall crap of Norris' other stocks.
Reminds me of those nasty pyramid schemes and what happens to those who come in last or get a late start.
Enough said, you'll have better luck on a long shot at the races.
