| |   | ASHRAE 241 appears to be a very important aspect of the efficacy of the ZenGuard-Enhanced filter product.
I do not believe that this exciting endorsement gives us the ability to sell our filters in the USA, our nearest (and biggest ?) market.
IIRC, we have been dealing with the US's EPA to bring about sales compliance, and authorisation, there. Thursday's NR did not mention either the EPA, or the attainment of compliance levels for sales in the USA.
ASHRAE seems to be the science 'wing' of the filter industry, but it does not appear, of itself, to give us selling ability in North America. Perhaps MENA is happy with ASHRAE to the point of confirming sales permission with its '241' designation.
FISCo seem happy enough with our filters; but are they selling any? We have not been told.
Nosferatu's eliciting of a response from someone in the Guelph office who said, when asked what folks there were doing, was "We are doing research for Zentek."
If that response is accurate, one can justifiably wonder just how much more 'research' (or' kin'testing') our main products need. Perhaps the research mentioned was on 'nanoform dots' or some other absorbent cost-centre, and minor IP, that needs a further decade, or two, of lab-twiddling ?
The oft encountered 'America First' political rally-cry is unlikely to get us sales space in the USA, via the EPA, or any other compliance body there. So, I must do more Arabic language study, I suppose.
ps I'm pretty sure we will get Q4/FY stuff in about 2 weeks; and who knows, maybe less. One prediction I have is that we will be able to write-off Henry. At least they won't consume any more freebies at the shareholders' expense. |
