Hello, BigSky

This is the right board for that but since Investolator2000 and I have carried the forum for so long without much input from others, and the fact that he and I have shared our trade choices but have not been adding many Ted type stocks for a significant amount of time (that would especially be me as I have been experimenting with other trading methods for a while), the sharing of stock picks has not been significantly discussed for a while. (After all, trading using Ted's methods does not lead to frequent trading.)

I feel confident that I2000 and I would be able to comment on Ted looking stock charts if you have any you want to discuss.

In the past, I2000 and I have screened for Ted stocks and shared our list with each other. For example, I would maybe send him a list of about 50 stocks that I felt had a Ted pattern but not necessarily having reached a buy signal. He would go through the list, look at each stock and reduce it to about 5 to 10 stocks that he really liked for various reason.

You may have found that performing a screening for Ted stock is not easy -- it takes a lot of time.

At other times, we have had several other people to come along who were just learning the Ted method. They would ask about a particular stock and we would usually explain why we thought it was a good or bad stock as far as meeting Ted's criteria. Also maybe even a pointer or two on fine points in what to be looking for.

Occasionally Robert Furman will visit the forum and offer his wisdom. When Bob talks, you should listen. He started his trading career back in the 1970's and even was able to directly talk with Ted who spoke at Bob's college investors' club. Bob has been very successful and it all started with Ted's methods.
