If gotten bad "current" bid and ask prices on the option order preview page. Nowhere even remotely near the market. But, more annoying than not being able to rely on their quotes to set limits was their response when I inquired via the customer service page. They assumed I was asking about the delayed quote at the bottom of the preview page and suggested that I should "visit the Learning Center" to learn how to place orders.

In addition, I just got my second "authorization failure" message today. Had to go to the public home page and log in again earlier. Now it happened again. I thought that problem was fixed.

Oh, I almost forgot - we should expect glitches in such a new technology. We should be thankful that we can call them on the phone and only wait ten to twenty minutes on hold. And since we are such total idiots to expect more, we can visit the Learning Center to learn what a stock is and how to place a market order.

I gave them a chance to correct their technical and customer service problems. Thought they were getting better, but noooo. Strike three!
