I responded:

Basically, they might be able to get the qty of protein in urine up to decent
levels, collection isn't any big deal and I'm sure that can be worked out, and
piss on the animal rights folks, they are pretty clueless as they wear their
leather shoes, and chow down on steak. But, the milk production at GZTC is a
commercial process now, where as the urine one is still in early research stages
and probably a decade away from being reasonable. Plus, if you really thing
about it, the mams are mama natures protein production and excretion factories by
their very nature, that's what they are there for -albeit many find other more
entertaining uses for them. The bladder is just not a natural protein producing
organ like them mam glands, and while you can get them to make some protein, I
doubt that the quantities will ever be sufficient or competitive with mams for
commercial processes.
