Bought more NGL-PRB (B series preferred) today. They're on sale for $21.97.

My theory is the July dividend will be announced within a week, that may help the share price. Then the NGL Q2 results will be announced about Aug 1st. That should show zero borrowed on their line of credit, and either a cash surplus, or news that NGL has repurchased some of the NGL D series in private transactions.

Zero borrowed on the line of credit, compliance with all debt covenants, perhaps declining interest rates and active repurchase of other series preferred stock should (one would think) push NGL B series closer to it's par value of $25 than where it is now.

If not, I'm happy to collect about $2.90 per year while we wait for the unit price to move higher.

Current yield off a $21.97 purchase is 13.33%.
