I actually do eat a handful of mixed nuts in the morning with a protein shake. Maybe a banana. I don't know, really, if I'm low on potassium but it does seem possible. What I have found conclusively is that this Gatorade Fit is helping me sleep and it seems related to the potassium. Also, I don't seem to get this type of an affect from food based potassium.

Is muscle milk loaded with sugar? Usually those drinks are. You could also consider a simple protein shake. But, they are not perfect either. Usually sucralose or some similar.

That Grok has really gotten good.

EDIT: I should mention that I own a landscape construction company and am always quite busy with that all summer. So, electrolytes are always important given that I'm outside most of the day in the Summer.
