Gatorade Fit is helping me sleep and it seems related to the potassium.

RDA for potassium is 3,400 mg/day.

Gatorade Fit provides 60mg, which is near 0% of the RDA.

I don't know why or how Fit is working for you, but I wouldn't bet on its potassium.
