Yamana Resources (YRI.T) recently has secured the rights to proceed with its plans for several promising targets in Kalimantan. Because Barrick is Yamana's business partner and Yamana has recently found vast amounts of silver on their Van Guardia property in Argentina and what promises to be lots more on their Kalimantan properties, and there is plenty of silver in the former Arequipa property, could it be possible that Barrick is now not that gung-ho on PFG? Even though Peter Munk recently realised that having lots of silver is something to be proud of!
