I have brokerage accounts in USA, Argentina and Israel. I will tell you what I am seeing since the war broke out. Stocks that trade on both exchanges, especially in Israel and the USA are trading much higher in Tel Aviv before the US market opens with the Israeli currency usually higher in relation to the USD. Traders in the USA are selling Israeli stocks off, after opening considerably higher. The exception has been ISRA, an Israeli ETF.

There is much more fear among traders in the USA than in Israel and Israel is the one getting hit by missiles. I am trying to figure out why the Israeli stock market is rallying while the US market is basically slightly down.

I think the reason is in part due do valuation issues. However, when I see Israeli stocks sharply higher at the NY open and then sell off, I am at a loss of words.

It has caused me to trade new positions in Israeli stocks on the Tel Aviv exchange.
