Thank you! Guess I'm old school and thinking of the SPX and R2K mainly unless they moved to quarterly rebalance as well. Would guess with any of them there are emergency provisions should something suddenly go BK and be delisted. That's something I never fully appreciated decades ago that the indexes are in fact actively managed in the sense that they add winners and dump the losers.
