Viper: You did not answer my question. I asked at what price you would cover and you only responded with the price you would continue to short it up to and only included a best-case scenario for shorters of covering at $2. You know that was not what I asked. Assuming that KRY wins and no trial is necessary which has been debated to death (you have your opinion and I have mine) and the stock rises well past your $15 stated value, at what price will you stop shorting and start covering? I fully believe that you expect one of 2 things to happen, either for KRY to lose and fall to $2 or for KRY to win and go to a lengthy trial at which point you believe it will fall. Does it make you feel better for you to state that position again and for me to again state your position so you can hear it and know that others will hear it again? I did not find it necessary to ask my question as "At what price when KRY wins the decision, a trial is unnecessary and MO and Fung announce a JV to mine the vast resources of Venezuela and KRY shoots to $30+ will you feel it necessary to cover?" I didn't do that and I would appreciate a straight answer from you. It should be contained in three characters. A dollar amount sign ($) and two numbers. And it should indicate the price at which you would cover if KRY ever reached a price that high. Do you think you can oblige a straight question with a straight answer or do you need to puff more rhetoric into such a simple request. I feel like I'm taking a deposition. Thank you.
