Carl---

Where do you hear such things?

You wrote, "Naxos runs press release by SEC prior to issuing it for tone....etc.etc."

I am constantly amazed at the amount of "rumors" that people hear! Where do these come from? Do you have a little Naxof bird?

I love information.....especially when it comes from a source!

I must say, Carl, your rumor would be fine by me. I think that "running" the release "by" the SEC would show some good faith. I have not ever heard of such a thing being done by Naxof or any other company. I do not, however, listen to little birds.

I am entirely anxious for numbers. To makeup for the anxiety that this stock causes me...for the last two or three weeks I have tried something new.....I have been working. You know....at my job....my occupation. It has really been enlightening and profitable. More so than spreading senseless rumors around the internet. I think that I will return to that now.

I hope that I am not being too hard on you Carl.....I hope your tidbit is true. As far as rumors go....yours isn't too damaging.

Jason

P.S. rumor = A piece of information that cannot yet be proven and has no legitimate source. Worthless. Trivial. "Carl heard a rumor with regards to Naxos' press releases and their relationship with the SEC."

A rumor that is later justified as fact due to accountability and verifiability still begins as a rumor.
