Here is my read on Trump: he will not accept a negotiated settlement until Iran agrees to give up its nuclear program completely. The odds of Iran doing that are extremely slim. Thus, there will not be a negotiated settlement. Israel will not back down. They are in this for the long haul and will continue to strike Iran heavily day after day until they achieve complete victory.
