Hendrick has joined Antares' Board of Directors. Mr. Hendrick brings to Antares significant experience gained from a long and distinguished career in the mining industry, including tenure as a senior officer of Kerr Addison Mines Limited. A geologist by profession, he founded Dale M. Hendrick and Associates in 1989, which provides technical and financial consulting services to senior and junior mining companies and institutional investors. Mr. Hendrick is an active member of the PDAC and CIMM, and is a registered professional engineer in the Province of Ontario.
