I understand that the conflict in the region stirs strong emotions, but I think it’s important that we discuss these issues without resorting to hostile language or broad generalizations. Criticizing policies or leaders is fair in any democracy, including Israel. However, framing an entire nation or people in such inflammatory terms crosses into prejudice. It doesn’t help advance peace, it shuts down the possibility of mutual understanding. If we genuinely care about human rights and justice, on all sides, then we should advocate for dialogue, restraint, and accountability without falling into the trap of demonization. Peace won't come from hate. It comes from hard conversations rooted in respect.
