President Trump’s Executive Order on English Proficiency takes effect THIS COMING WEEK in the Trucking Industry!

Starting around June 25, if you cannot read or speak English proficiently, you will be prohibited from operating commercial trucks on U.S. highways, under the executive order. The Department of Transportation will enforce strict English proficiency standards, placing non-compliant drivers out of service immediately.

Non-compliant trucks may be towed away as enforcement ramps up, especially in OKLAHOMA, where they’re leading the nation by codifying these rules into STATE LAW. Local, county, and state officers will join federal enforcers to ensure compliance, prioritizing safety for American truckers and the public.
