I just wanted to clarify a previous post.

I never used anything except a few puffs of pot once in a while which the body can handle just fine.

But, there is a big problem with people, especially kids, smoking Pot all the time, being sedentary, playing vidio games all day, and eating junk food full of naked carbs, salt, sugar and saturated fat with no nutrition e.g. pizza's and McDonalds.

That recipe will produce heart attacks and strokes for sure!

The key to a long healthy life is to never "break" the body.

You can push it, just not break it.

Seniors are using pot in increasing numbers because being old is tough with all the aches and pains, and worries.

And a few puffs of pot helps "some" with all of that, and gives some relief. It can reduce pain, anxiety, and helps with sleep, and makes life more interesting, and helps one forget how old they are :).

And as a Harvard university school of psychiatry research on pot and senior's found:" normalizes brain function, helps executive action and increases neurogenesis by 40%.

Many years ago Scientific American had a special report on pot and called it:" a tonic for the brain". It said it did four things: kept protein build up from forming, kept neurons young and pliable, increased the production of new neurons and made mirror neurons.!?
