Understood. But that acceleration is anything but gradual. Getting up to orbital velocity (plus whatever velocity is needed to overcome drag on the way up) very quickly seems like it'll crush most electronics. The launch mechanism's been tested to 10,000 G. I can't remember the formula for a 50M radius with an object spun at 450rpm, but whatever's shielding the payload can't be very massive, but must be sturdy.
