I question if these ICE individuals have had any law enforcement training. Nothing they do is taught in any law enforcement academy. I have graduated from two police academies. One federal and one state. Everything these people are doing is the opposite of training methods used by law enforcement agencies. In fact, no legitimate law enforcement agency would give these people a badge and gun.

• Level 1 – Presence of a Law Enforcement Officer
• Level 2 – Verbal Response
• Level 3 – Empty Hand Techniques
• Level 4 – Non-Deadly Weaponry
• Level 5 – Lethal Force

These guys go straight to level 3. Probable cause is a requirement found in the Fourth Amendment that must usually be met before police make an arrest , conduct a search , or receive a warrant . They don’t seem bothered by probable cause. No legitimate law enforcement agency would allow such conduct. The mask is to hide the identity of these law breakers. Whoever controls them knows what they are doing is not constitutional. Documentation is very important. Document video, time, place and who if possible. You will be wasting your time filing a complaint in the present atmosphere. Don’t worry the time is coming
