This is a major mistake by the Supreme Court. It will allow the Trump regime to resume their illegal renditions of deportees, especially those who are completely innocent and have no criminal records like Kilmar Abriego Garcia.

Trump will take full advantage of this ruling and will rendition as many innocent people as he can, just to satisfy a bloodthirsty voter base who believes poor foreigners are ruining this once great nation.

Then Trump will pretend once again that he's oh-so-powerless to bring back those that he renditioned by "mistake."

Great job, Supreme Court. Way to be on the "right side of history" there.
