Croatia's President Zoran Milanovic (C) is greeted by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte (R) and Netherlands' Prime Minister Dick Schoof (L) on the second day of the 2025 NATO Summit on June 25, 2025 in The Hague, Netherlands Several world leaders have met at a NATO summit in the Netherlands, and somewhat understandably, they have seemingly been talking about Donald Trump.
As Trump is currently dealing with ongoing issues - both on an international level and on his own shores - lip reading expert Nicola Hickling has exclusively told us what she believes some other world leaders think about the ongoing chaos.
Hickling examined a conversation between Mark Rutte (the Secretary General of NATO), Croatia's President Zoran Milanovic and Netherlands' Prime Minister Dick Schoof, which seemed to result in them mocking the US President. It comes as new dementia fears were raised about Donald Trump after viewers spotted a mysterious clue in his suit.
Hickling says the conversation between the three seemingly moved towards the topic of Trump, as Mark Rutte appeared to ask Milanovic: “Did you get together at all?”
According to the lip reader, Rutte’s face was strained, eyes narrowed slightly, his posture forward. She believes this wasn’t just chit chat, it was a loaded opener.
Milanovic reportedly replied: “This is the Prime Minister of the USA. What a tosser. He wants to meet in France and speak there.”
Schoof allegedly said: “Are you mad?”, seemingly both incredulous and concerned. Milanovic apparently responded: “It depends what he wants.” Schoof again, almost laughing in disbelief, said: “You are mad.”
Milanovic shrugged: “Obviously it affects the world, doesn’t it?” Rutte confirmed: “Yes, it does.”
Hickling says Milanovic then concluded the conversation by appearing to say: “What a tosser."
A tosser, according to the Cambridge dictionary, is an "offensive word for a stupid or unpleasant person". It is a popular insult in certain countries across Europe.
