    this is a serious issue. Children born to US Citizens serving in civilian or military capacity are US CItizens. Some of my family were born to a serving US Citizen military man and his US Citizen wife (both natural-born) in Germany. They are US Citizens. The only thing they had to decide when they came of age was if they were also German citizens.

      It is serious, but who will do anything about it? It seems ICE can just snatch up anyone and deport them, no questions asked.
