- PepsiCo: Jurgens spent 16 years at PepsiCo in various senior leadership roles. This included serving as Senior Vice President for Frito-Lay's largest operating business, and leading sales for Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, Quaker-Tropicana-Gatorade, and PepsiCo for major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Sam's Club. She also held roles in strategy, insights, and analytics.
- Rodan + Fields: She also served as Chief Global Sales Officer at the skincare company Rodan & Fields, responsible for sales across multiple international markets.
- Campbell Soup and Vivendi: Earlier in her career, she held positions at Campbell Soup and Vivendi.
Jurgens is recognized for her strategic vision, ability to foster innovation, and strong customer partnerships. She has received industry honors, including being named to Fortune's "Most Powerful Women – Next Gen." She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon and has completed executive programs at the Wharton School of Business.
