after a time...... Ugly grows increasingly restless. After a time, the mood becomes infectious. He rises and changes the tape to ZZ Top... "Afterburner"... good raunchy stuff...Planet of Women, I Got the Message... But then "Velcro Fly" comes up... the signal for Ugly to arch his back and push against his knee...waiting for that delicious ritual bongo-drumroll of gentle slaps along the spine.. "Do The Velcro Fly" ...dunnnn-dunnnn-dunnn-DUNNNN ...dunnn-dunnn-dunnn-DUNNN.... He closes his eyes and sways with the music. How he misses those days on the road with a band... each night a different tough little northern Ontario bar... Deep River, Kirkland Lake, Kapuskasing...
