At what price? Not even Trump knows.

That's the thing. Trump just makes decisions based on his "gut." They're completely subjective, easily influenced, and highly inconsistent.

Besides, I thought gas was already at $1.98/gallon, because Trump said so.

Isn't that a good time to refill the SPR, or does gas have to be below that?
