Yep. Everybody now knows the game. Flatter the egomaniac. In meeting a few days ago, resembling a Trump rally, every NATO member (but Spain) poured honey on Trump & told him what he wanted to hear. With zero intention of any follow through actions. They think they can string him along for at least a yr or two. And, they're probably right.

Putin continues the very same. In fact, he was one of the first to take this approach.
