I am always amazed that you really don't get it.
IOM is not going back to 6 1/2, just like SYQT is not going to go forward to 6 1/2.
The the value of IOM, to date, has been for the most part based upon what the marketplace perceives, not about actual "nit-picking" details of the company, the technology, the courts, etc.. You see all IOM has to do is win the battle of perception. That doesn't mean that they need to have the best, fastest or cheapest product on the street, just the one that people want to buy. I think that is what makes this stock so difficult to call for traders, the "rules" don't usually apply here.
Signs of late (the subtle events, the behavior of the stock) suggest to me that the worst is past, for now and the stock will gradually work its' way up. The bear's FUD machine just hasn't gotten the job done this time.
