The fire risk is an issue for all west coast utility cos, including POR, I think. They deserve to trade at a discount for that very reasons. It’s also should be noted that WEB made very glum remarks about their exposure to the same risk. Bought AMRZ, the cement and aggregate spinoff from Holcim. Biggest cement producer in NA.It is a spinoff that is setup for success with little debt and the CEO of Holcim decided to go with the spinoff rather than stay with the mothership, which is rare. It’s not super cheap (16x 2024 FCF) but it’s a great business, imo.
