What I do know is the current depth which suggests to me
todays dip was only the consequence of house 7 playing
around. I think this is a poor time to be flipping
(if that is what they are doing) with news concerning
both properties likely coming within a couple weeks.

Most people are holding now and will not be scared
into selling before the next release IMO.
