If PP is not Kinros then it is MIQ boys or friends. They deserve it and legally can grant such options as an incentive. BTW salaries of most employees and officers are not that high. Brian Molronye as a director on Barick recently excisised one option with healthy capital gain. His pay on board may be less than 20K which is peanuts to him.
