Welcome G. Scott. I'm usually a lurker here but wanted to know if the fuel that the big cruise ships use has anything to do with refinery bottoms. The last cruise we went on I asked the captain what they use for fuel and he said it was like black sludge that nobody wanted. He also said the engines were specifically designed to use this "sludge". Any thoughts anybody. M.H.
