Dear Narotham: They dont say why but I presume the cut is due to the meteoric rise in the stock price. However, what meant something to me was the comeback from the down position this morning to up around 3/4 this afternoon. I dont think this baby is done yet. I see substantial base formed and a new plateau established for the next move up possibly next week. JDN
