Ray, The "AND" after the original dividend is correct to model the two scans you provided. Changing that to an OR changes the behavior significantly..... The 2 scan combo using 1 as an input to the other. required all of the first group to be true and then any one of the second group to pick the security. The modification you made causes it to choose all the first group or any of the other group of criteria. Essentially merging the output of the two original scans. If this is what you wanted originally than its correct. I sense that it was not what you were looking for.... Sean
