Martin 000-28VS currently with Martin licensed Luthier in Columbus OH having cracked top & bridge reset after storing in conditions that were too dry. So, playing the Yari Grand Concert Master Classical instead. Bot from large importer in St Louis in 1993. Excellent instrument. Amazed at how good the tone is even with old strings.
Been working on McCartney's Blackbird, Love In Vain, Robt Johnson (Clapton version), Come Back Baby, by Dave Van Ronk & a few others. None are easy to play. So, may take months before it's worth attempting a video. Honestly dunno how much of the old chops will come back at 81. We'll see. In any case, the joy of playing at all is starting to come back which helps a lot. Wish me luck.
